WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Your order should ship within 48 hours of being placed unless you are contacted and informed otherwise.
We do not ship on weekends. All orders placed after 12:00pm ET on Friday and orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received between 8:00am ET Monday and 12:00pm Friday will ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to the large volume of orders during the busy Holiday Season, some orders may not ship the same day.
WHAT CARRIER WILL BE DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE?
Packages are shipped to different states via USPS. Please specify street, drive, avenue, suite or apartment number to ensure a timely delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you are ordering from. Delivery calculations can be made via the USPS website as well.
DOES AMISHHONEY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. USPS will be used for international shipments and additional charges may apply. Please contact us to place international orders.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Depending on how your package was mailed, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please notify us.
All the prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged to your credit card in the same currency. The bank that issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
HOW DO YOU ORDER?

HAS THE ORDER BEEN SENT?
After successfully placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Once payment has been received, we get your order together ready to be sent out. After your order is processed, you will receive another email confirming your order has been dispatched including a tracking code.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
The shipping tracking number will automatically be sent to your email address. You can track your shipment online. You may also sign in to "My Account" to view and track the status of your order.
Make sure your order and delivery details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery. However, if you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we’ll fix this up for you as soon as we can. Please Note: AmishHoney is only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. To deliver to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each unique address. If your order hasn't arrived by the latest approximate delivery date, please email us immediately and we'll sort it out for you!
Most of our products are available to be shipped once payment has been made unless stated otherwise in the description. In the event that there is a problem with your item ordered or any delay, we will advise you via phone or email and send out your order as soon as possible.
CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has already been dispatched, your cancellation will be treated as a RETURN and a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged. Shipping fee is non-refundable. The refund will be issued after we have received your return order while all return fee will be at customer's expense.
AmishHoney is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit as we only post items to given addresses. For lost USPS shipments, a customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS as AmishHoney is not responsible for lost USPS shipments. If an incorrect shipping address was provided, the order will be returned to us and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer.
